Campos Foundation to Give Underrepresented Students a Once-in-a-Lifetime Broncos Sideline Experience
Denver, CO – The Campos Foundation is making dreams come true for 25 underrepresented students and their parents on Sunday, December 15, 2024, by taking them to a Denver Broncos game—and giving them exclusive sideline access. For many of these students, it will be their first time experiencing a professional sporting event, marking an unforgettable milestone.
The Campos Foundation is the Denver Broncos' official STEM Education Partner. This special day is part of the Foundation’s commitment to inspiring underrepresented minority and female students to pursue careers in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math). Since its establishment in 2015, the Campos Foundation has awarded over $6 million in scholarships to local students, providing life-changing educational opportunities and mentorship.
The Campos Foundation is partnering with the Patrick Surtain II Foundation for this event. A signed football and jersey will be given to a few lucky students.
If attending in person isn’t possible, the Foundation is happy to arrange interviews and provide event video footage of either of the media opportunities listed below.

You will also have the chance to interview Deanna Campos-Miller, Director of the Campos Foundation, which was founded by her brother, Marco Campos. As Denver natives and CU Boulder graduates, Deanna, a lawyer, and Marco, an engineer, have channeled their professional success into a shared mission to inspire and uplift the next generation. Drawing from their upbringing in Denver’s Barnum neighborhood, they are deeply committed to breaking down barriers and creating meaningful opportunities for local students.

Check out the video of the robot at a recent ring toss competition.
The Executive Director of the Campos Foundation, Denver native Deanna Campos-Miller, would also be available to join in the studio to talk about how the Foundation supports local students who excel in science and math with its Scholarship to CU, how it provides STEM labs to local schools, and finally, how its summer education programs go above and beyond to prepare kids for higher education and eventually a career in STEM.
